Our Principal, Melissa Spencer, has been the owner/operator of Chevron First National for the past 20 years. Melissa started her Real Estate career as a teenager assisting her Father in his Real Estate office on Tamborine Mountain where he still trades today.

After studying Business & Accounting at the University in Armidale, Melissa returned to the Gold Coast, obtained her full real estate agents license and began her career in Property Management, learning all aspects of running an office within this industry from the ground up.

Some 23 years later, Melissa has probably seen it all !

With a strong work ethic and high level of integrity, Melissa prides herself on engaging staff with the same ethos, driven by the desire to service our clients with honesty, understanding and professionalism.

As one of three landlords who invested in the same property at Chevron Island some years ago, we chose Chevron First National as the most responsive and active agency to manage our property leasing requirements. As none of us reside any where near the property, we needed an agency who could competently and quickly manage our tenant's needs as well as arrange contractors at a competitive price and keep us all informed of the status of repairs and take care of all the administrative needs of leasing a property. I personally have been impressed with the service by Chevron First National since 2007 who have kept us in the picture regards administration and status of the property throughout. One of the nice things about Chevron First National is that they have very little turnover of staff and so the service provided for the past 9 years by Melissa and her team have been very helpful to me and us in responding to my/our queries. They have been very diligent over the years to satisfy both the tenant's needs and our landlord's needs efficiently and professionally to keep us with the same tenant over quite a number of years.
